Chetan Singh Rathore is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with over 13 years of experience in the semiconductors industry. He is currently employed at ARM, where he holds the position of Senior Engineer in the ATEG Group. In this role, he is responsible for developing software suites to ensure compliance with System Architecture features of System IP. He is also the Tech lead for System Control and Management Interface Compliance Suite. Chetan has a wealth of experience in LTE, NB-IoT, and UMTS technologies, and has extensive development and verification experience in L3/L4 signalling and data plane. Chetan is highly skilled in Git, Jenkins, Scripting, PCIe, and Arm Architecture. He has a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects and mentoring interns and new joiners. Chetan has previously worked at ARM as a Senior Engineer in the IoT team, where he was responsible for the development of LTE Rel 13 (EMM, ESM) layer and GCF test verification. He also handled PLMN module development for NB-IOT R13 protocol stack. Prior to joining ARM, Chetan worked at NextG-com (now part of ARM) as a Senior Software Engineer. In this role, he was a member of the L3 layer software development team, where he handled GMM, AT & SMS module development, Unit & GCF testing, and customer release. Chetan holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT) and completed his schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya.
